reissued, and the new Debit/ATM cards have begun shipping
As of October 3rd 2008 all members that were previously
using a card with the beginning card numbers

have receive this new card with the beginning card numbers

Your old TEAM PASS will expire and cease to function on
October 17th 2008

stop by or call (516) 822-1070 9am to 4pm Monday thru Friday
you must have the card with you in order to activate it
If you currently use a TEAM PASS ATM card with the beginning
card numbers 582229XXXXXXXXXX and have not received a
replacement by October 3rd, 2008, notify the credit union
immediately
If you have a TEAM PASS ATM card and have not used it on or
after June 1st 2008, your card may have been
deactivated due to inactivity and a replacement card may NOT
have been ordered.
Please call the credit union immediately so a replacement can
be sent. |
